Kehoe House is the most imposing yet beautiful building on
Columbia Square
...our old neighborhood. Today it is a fantastic Bed and Breakfast and was once owned by famous NY Jets quarterback, Joe Namath. The original owners, the Kehoes, lost their small twin boys in a freak accident in one of the chimneys. After that, all chimneys were sealed with plates printed with angels.
Children can often be heard playing in the home especially if no living children are around. The mother, Annie Kehoe, loves to visit guests, especially those staying in rooms 201 and 203, around bedtime so don't be surprised if you run into her.
The house served as a funeral home for most of the 20th century so we would imagine that there are some residual clientele from that era as well.
