Warren Square

Warren Square, laid out in 1791 is a quiet, residential square and a lovely resting spot despite that eye-sore of a parking deck on its western side.

It was named for colonial governor and respected doctor, Joseph Warren who died in the battle of Bunker Hill in 1775.

The vibe is really peaceful considering you're only a stone's throw from busy Bay Street. Some of the houses on the square date to the late 1700's and are some of the oldest in the Historic District.
